Booking Process

To book a visit, contact the Learning Bookings Team with your preferred dates, number of children and adults, and any special educational or access needs. Use downloadable booking forms to send your details.

Costs

  • Pre-booked school groups: £6.00 per pupil
  • Children in Reception or below: Free
  • Discounted rate for schools in the Royal borough
  • Accompanying adults: One teacher or adult helper is admitted free of charge at specific ratios

Accessibility

The Learning Centre is fully accessible and has suitable toilets. Adaptations can be made for educational or access needs. A Changing Places facility is available within the Castle precincts.
