At 12:45 pm, the King’s Scouts assemble in Mews Road to prepare for the Parade. They march through the Castle grounds and into the Quadrangle, where they form on the lawn for the Review. The Parade is led by the Chief Scout and an invited guest, and is followed by an informal Parade around the Quadrangle.
National Scout Service
Following the Parade and Review, the King’s Scouts proceed to St George’s Chapel for the National Scout Service, which begins at 3:00 pm and lasts approximately 45 minutes.
Dismissal
After the service, the King’s Scouts rejoin their Sections outside the Chapel for a final address from the Chief Scout. They then parade back to Mews Road and are formally dismissed, typically around 4:15 pm, although there may be delays up to 5:00 pm.
